As CC&N’s VP of Managed Services, Wisconsin native Lisa Reardon takes customer satisfaction personally. “For me, job satisfaction is about the creative flexibility to problem-solve for our customers by placing resources in tasks that deliver results. The goal is always integrity and service.”

Her commitment to company and community rings clear. “At CC&N, it’s all about the people. We work hard, but we’re strongly committed to each other and to this growing business. And I think that shows.”

According to Todd Green, VP of Operations, “CC&N is an excellent company, because we are completely customer-oriented. We work hard. You cannot help but be motivated to do your best here, because your future with this company is totally in your own hands.”
Todd’s own commitment to perform is apparent in the many successful positions he’s held throughout the company in the past ten years. He started as an installation manager; then went to work onsite for a client in managed services. Eventually he moved on to take over all cabling services at CC&N as our Director of Operations.
Todd has been in the telecommunications and cabling field since 1981, and continues to find it very rewarding. “This field just gets more interesting over time. I have to say I still find it as challenging and exciting as the day I started.”
